Office of the Provost

Verrazzano Hall

Welcome to the Office of the Provost at Mercy University.

Kristin Curry Greenwood

The Office of the Provost partners collaboratively across Mercy University to oversee all aspects of academic affairs. We ensure students are provided every opportunity to transform their lives through a Mercy education and meet their learning and professional goals. Central to this work is ensuring high quality learning environments, robust educational offerings, and access to dedicated faculty and staff who prepare students for life-long learning.

Mercy’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs and certificates—under the guidance of the Office of the Provost—are designed to help students develop knowledge, skills, and experience needed for their desired professions or careers. Mercy’s programs are offered on campuses in Westchester, the Bronx, and Manhattan and across the following six Schools:

In each of Mercy’s Schools, faculty serve as outstanding educators and leaders in their fields. Our accomplished faculty members—including Fulbright awardees, published authors, and nationally and internationally recognized experts—are devoted to excellence in teaching, working closely with students, and serving the community.

Under direction of the Office of the Provost, a number of mission-critical resources provide support for faculty and students, including the Libraries, Office of the Registrar, Office of Educational Assessment, Center for Teaching & Learning, and more

Now is an exceptionally exciting time to attend Mercy University where our degree programs, faculty, staff, and academic resources provide a world class opportunity for students to transform their lives and meet their learning and professional goals. Our Mercy alumnae/i emerge well prepared for careers, further education, and opportunities to impact the world.
