Mercy College has partnered with eCHECKUP TO GO, which was developed by psychologists at San Diego State University, whose mission is to provide students with personalized, evidence-based online behavior intervention programs designed to empower students to make healthier and responsible choices. Among these programs are the Alcohol e-CHECKUP TO GO, Cannabis e-CHECKUP TO GO, Sexual Violence Prevention, and Well-Being online programs.
As part of our comprehensive prevention program for students, Mercy College invites you to complete the Alcohol e-CHECKUP TO GO, Cannabis e-CHECKUP TO GO, Sexual Violence Prevention, and Well-Being programs. These online modules will empower you to make well-informed decisions about issues that affect your college years and beyond.
Alcohol e-CHECKUP TO GO
Alcohol e-CHECKUP TO GO: The electronic “Check-Up to Go” is a brief, self-assessment that provides you with accurate, detailed and personalized feedback on your use of alcohol, and specific information and helpful resources in the Mercy College community.
Cannabis e-CHECKUP TO GO
Cannabis e-CHECKUP TO GO: The electronic “THC Online Knowledge Experience” is a brief, self-assessment that provides you with accurate, detailed and personalized feedback on your use of marijuana, and specific information and helpful resources in the Mercy College community.
Sexual Violence Prevention
Sexual Violence Prevention (SVP): The electronic Sexual Violence Prevention program was designed to inform and educate students on Title IX as it pertains to dating violence, sexual assault, stalking and domestic violence.
Well-Being
Well-Being: This online module is a tool that helps create a personalized plan to guide your next steps to well-being. You will learn techniques for maintaining these actions using a process called “habit forming.” You will also be presented with local resources that can support your personalized plan for well-being, both as an individual and who you want to be within your community.
