Exploring Interdisciplinary Connections and Collaboration

Are you interested in meeting others who want to make connections across disciplines? Join us to discuss how we can break down silos of knowledge and collaborate across programs and schools! Faculty presenters will briefly share how they are thinking about and/or implementing interdisciplinary approaches in their teaching. This will be followed by an open discussion about how we can expand student learning experiences at Mercy to increase engagement and encourage the transfer of knowledge and skills across disciplines. We hope this session will lead to the creation of an Interdisciplinary Teaching Community of Practice in Fall 2026.
