Beyond the Prompt: AI Impact with Boodle Bots and Operational Structure

Participants will learn to leverage custom AI "bots" to automate administrative tasks and enhance classroom engagement. We will demonstrate how to organize workflows using chat folders for seamless project management and operational efficiency. By the end of this session, faculty will be able to build a specialized Boodle bot to assist with specific course or departmental needs and implement a folder-based organizational system to streamline AI-generated resources and communications.
