Lunch and Learn: Practical Wisdom for Using Project-Based Learning (PBL)
Guest Speakers: Dr. Kristin K. Wobbe, Worcester Polytechnic Institute; and STEM Ready PBL Fellows
Curious about how Project-Based Learning (PBL) can energize your teaching and deepen student engagement? Join us for a lunch session introducing PBL at Mercy University. Dr. Kristin K. Wobbe of Worcester Polytechnic Institute will help lead the conversation, alongside Mercy faculty sharing course redesigns and what they’ve observed in student learning. This session will spark ideas, offer practical examples, and help faculty consider whether PBL could fit their courses.
Please note: This is an in-person event. More information can be found on the attached flyer.
All Mercy faculty are welcome to attend this event! Please visit the Center for Teaching and Learning’s (CTL’s) Blackboard Organization or check your email for messages from CTL for updated event information and the registration link to attend in-person in the CTL Hub (Main Hall, Suite G5).
