Jamal Jackson-Blake is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mercy University, where he provides information and assistance to employees, students, visitors, and guests of the HR department. Jamal also consult with departments regarding recruiting efforts and assists in the development of job requisitions to ensure a streamlined position approval and posting process.
In addition, Jamal has strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, which enable's him to effectively review and resolve issues. Jamal has successfully handled multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and has received positive feedback from supervisors and colleagues for performance and professionalism.
Jamal has completed a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Mercy University, which has enhanced knowledge and skills in the field. Jamal also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Binghamton University, which has given Jamal a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and social interactions.
