About

Elle DiLorenzo is a strategy advisor, educator, design thinker, and program management expert with over 25 years of experience building, running, and optimizing international programs and organizations. As an adjunct professor at Mercy University, she teaches courses on global challenges, mentoring students in applied research using an iterative incubator approach. Through her Enduring Impact consultancy, Elle guides globally focused organizations on program design, organizational development, cross-sector collaboration, and sustainable strategy and management practices. She has brought this expertise to multinational engagements in places such as Azerbaijan, France, Indonesia, and the United States. Her work spans governments, the private sector, and civil society, including leadership and advisory roles with Booz Allen Hamilton, the United Nations, Interpol, and the Peace Corps. Elle is also active in New York’s global development and social impact community and a member of several advisory networks, including Business Fights Poverty’s Global Expert Network.
