Damien Germino, PhD, MS, MPA has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 14 years throughout Westchester county at a couple dozen libraries, schools, and municipalities. He enjoys instructing Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, and Power Yoga. His classes range from seniors to children, he has done mom and dad, and family yoga, as well as chair yoga. He is also a personal trainer, mindfulness coach, psychology and communications instructor, and teaches origami.
He particularly likes training small groups in lifting both upper and lower body exercises, High Intensity Interval Training, core TRX, and boot camp classes. He was International Sports Science Association certified in Nutrition and has his Westchester Yoga Arts certification. His doctorate is Applied Psychology in Product Management, and Master of Science studied Cognitive Neuroscience of Memory.
He currently is using his Master of Public Administration as an administrator at Mercy University in the School of Nursing. He teaches Communication courses such as Oral Comm/Interpersonal Mindful Comm and cross listed psychology and business courses. One new course developed is Artificial Intelligence Essentials.
