Graduate Admissions
A graduate degree helps you gain a deeper understanding of a subject you already love, with the added bonus of career advancement and increased earning potential.
Graduate Students
A graduate degree helps you to hone your skills, stand out professionally, increase your income potential and become a leader in your field.
Our faculty have years of practical experience in their fields and are ready to share their knowledge and expertise so you are ready to hit the ground running when you graduate.
Your degree will help you to maximize your earning potential. The median annual income for people with a master’s degree is $23,400 more per year than those with only a bachelor’s.*

Important Graduate Application Timelines
Once you decide to pursue a graduate degree at Mercy, your next step is to complete your application. We offer rolling admissions for many graduate programs. Here's what that means — our admissions team evaluates applications as potential students submit them, rather than waiting for a hard deadline.
Keep in mind that not all Mercy programs have rolling admissions. Graduate programs that have specific application timelines include:
- Physician Assistant
- Communication Disorders
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Family Nurse Practitioner
If you want to apply for one of these programs, you must meet the application deadlines and submit your paperwork to the correct portal to complete the application process.

Making Mercy your home as you pursue your graduate degree opens up a world of possibilities. Whether you're entering a graduate program right after finishing your bachelor's or took time off between degrees, we have plenty of tools to help you succeed.
One of the many highlights of each campus is a Learning Center. This is your hub for academic tutoring, thesis writing support, presentation practice and more, so you feel confident as you work toward your degree.
At Mercy, we offer tuition remission and community partnership programs. In simple terms, tuition remission means you receive a discount on your tuition if your employer or union has partnered with Mercy for this exclusive benefit. To learn more and see if you qualify, explore our tuition remission page.
In addition to tuition remission, other financial aid opportunities include grants and Graduate PLUS Loans. Spend less time worrying about paying for grad school and more time making the most of your Mercy education.
