Mercy College President Tim Hall was honored to speak on the transformative power of education as keynote speaker at the Greater Hudson Valley Council Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Awards Dinner on Tuesday, October 26. The event recognized the business leaders, elected officials and organizations that support the Greater Hudson Valley Council, BSA in their efforts to provide youth with character development programs and values-based leadership training.
