Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,
Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation and for the health and safety of all student-athletes, the East Coast Conference (ECC) announced that competition in the fall sports of men's and women's soccer and women's volleyball will not be conducted in the spring of 2021. This was not an easy decision to make as our teams love to compete, but we will continue with a terrific traditional non-championship season to get our teams ready for next fall.

While this comes as a disappointment to Mercy’s students, coaches and fans, the health and safety of our coaches, staff and student-athletes is our number one priority. Mercy’s ECC winter and spring sports are not affected by this decision will go forward in accordance with all ECC, school, local, and state regulations pertaining to COVID‐19. If we need to adjust any of these plans, we will communicate those updates as they are received.
