Organizational Leadership offers many career paths, because no matter what industry or specialization you’re interested in, there’s always going to be a leader. Work in a wide variety of industries including government, for profit and non-profit organizations, health care and other areas.
According to the United States Department of Labor, jobs for management analysts,who handle organizational issues are expected to rise by 14% through 2024.

Admissions Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum GPA of 3.0*
*If your GPA is below 3.0, you can still be considered. We take a wholistic approach to our admissions and look at more than just your GPA.
Frequently Asked Questions
They include: A Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university; A GPA of 3.0 or better*, as reflected by an official transcript; A current resume that summarizes all work experience; and A written statement describing your professional and personal interest in pursuing the MSOL program may be requested. *Applicants with a lower average may be considered for admission as a Special Matriculant based on professional experience.
One to three courses a quarter, subject to completing the program within the time limit.
The degree can be completed in 12 months.

The processes through which ethical conflicts are resolved by organizations, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in setting and maintaining ethical standards.

Motivational theory and practices, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in motivating individuals as members of organizations.

Individual and group behavior in organizations, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in coordinating the efforts of people.

Cultural differences and their influence on organizational behavior, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in adapting to such differences.

Communication strategies in organizations, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in team-building through communications.

The market environment, with emphasis on understanding the role of leaders in adapting to economic change.
