The program is flexible to better fit your schedule. Courses can be completed in person at any of our three campuses, 100% online or a combination of both. Plus, we offer four start terms a year (fall, winter, spring & summer), so you are never far away from starting on your MBA.

TURBO Flex Program
TURBO Flex is a free, four-week intensive program designed to give an overview of the fundamentals of business needed to succeed in our MBA program. The program is open to all registered students who want a comprehensive overview of business or to refresh themselves on skills needed throughout our program.
The TURBO Flex program is offered 4 times a year preceding the quarter starts for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.

Admissions Requirements
- Submit a completed application
- Submit a baccalaureate transcript
- Submit a current résumé
- All international students must submit TOEFL scores and a formal evaluation of international coursework.
The applicant must have an acceptable record in undergraduate and other studies as reflected in official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended. Attention is given to overall grade averages, grade trends during undergraduate study and areas of scholastic strength. A strong knowledge of PC application in word processing, database, spreadsheets and graphics is expected.
Students with a GPA below 3.0 are required to make an appointment for an interview with the Executive Director of Graduate Business Operations.

No. Mercy University’s MBA Program offers the flexibility needed for today’s professionals. Classes are offered in the evenings, on weekends, and in some cases, through distance learning.

Yes. Many find the workload challenging but manageable.
A Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or higher is recommended. However, applicants who do not meet those guidelines will receive full consideration for admittance to the program after completing an interview with the Executive Director of Graduate Business Operations or designed faculty member and the successful completion of the TUBRO program before beginning classes.
No, GMATs are not required for admission to Mercy's MBA program.
Advanced graduate courses taken at other graduate schools of business prior to admission to the MBA program may be transferred for credit with the permission of the Graduate Business chair or designee. Such courses may be used to meet elective requirements, provided the student requests the transfer of credit in writing at the time of application. Transfer credit must be advanced work and is limited to up to six credits for courses with a grade of B or better completed within the five-year period prior to admission to the MBA program. The grades received in the course for which transfer credit is granted are not computed in the quality-point average for work performed in the program.

The Master of Business Administration Degree at Mercy University is rooted in over a quarter century of tradition. The basic philosophy of the Master of Business Administration Program is to provide the graduate with an insight into the wide spectrum of business activity.
The objective of the Master of Business Administration Program is to balance theory, reality, techniques and concepts that facilitate understanding of the spectrum of diverse management challenges. This is accomplished through the student's exposure to a rigorous curriculum and a professional faculty with credentials in both corporate and academic disciplines. A strong, integrated approach produces a graduate who has developed foundational skills in analysis, oral communication and decision-making that foster an ever-evolving search for knowledge.
