Continuing Residential Students
Welcome Back to Residential Life at Mercy University!
Whether you’re living on our Dobbs Ferry Campus or in Dorm34 in Manhattan, residential life is a great way to maximize your college experience and make lifelong memories and friends.
Getting Started
If you’re interested in continuing to live on campus, you can get started by paying the housing application fee on Mercy Connect. Once that is processed, you can go on the housing portal to complete an application that includes housing preferences and a new contract. The application becomes available on November 1 for Spring semester and in March or April for Fall semester.
One of the perks as a continuing student is that you get to choose your room if done so by the deadline. Continuing students get higher priority for rooms across all the residential spaces.
If you have any questions, reach out to residentiallife@mercy.edu, we’d love to help.
Residential Parking
First-Year residential students are not eligible for parking permits.
Upperclassmen residents will be eligible for residential parking permits after they are determined fully eligible for housing by the University. Please note there are a limited number of parking passes and residential students are not guaranteed a spot. Permits are assigned based on availability.
