The Academy is designed for current High School Juniors (rising Seniors).
Students should have a cumulative, weighted GPA of 90 or above. Students must have a passion for public speaking, as well as careers in business. Finally, students must also show demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular activities.
Our Leadership Team reviews students' applications. Students are contacted via email to confirm their acceptance status. It is important each student include an updated email address on their application and check it regularly.
We are accepting students on a rolling basis. As spots are limited, we encourage students to apply at their earliest convenience.
Students participate in active learning lessons led by faculty and leaders from top companies. Topics include: Career Mindset, Four Leadership Archetypes, Personal Branding, Careers in Finance, Careers in Accounting and Careers in Marketing.

The majority of the Academy events take place at our Westchester Campus located in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Students also spend a day visiting our Manhattan Campus and Fortune 500 companies.
Tuition and board are provided to students for free. A fee of $695 is required to cover the cost of food and activities.
Yes, when you arrive on campus, you will be directed to Hudson Hall for check-in. Upon your check-in, you will receive all the information you need for the week and will be escorted to your residence hall.
