Frequently Asked Questions

Almost all students that have made the choice to enter the program have graduated from Mercy University, improved their vocational career prospects and/or gone on to graduate programs. In addition, they have acquired the knowledge and learning experiences they need to advance their personal development and remain competitive in today's work environment.

The typical student has between 40 and 60 undergraduate credits previously earned with relevant work experience.

If you have completed and/or received transfer credit for your Core Curriculum (General Education Requirement) and have completed the Organizational Management courses and all of your electives requirements for your Bachelor's degree within the year, you can graduate. As you enter the program, your PACT Mentor will assess your status and will generate a Degree Audit. This Audit clearly explains what your degree program requires and what courses, if any, you might need in addition to the Organizational Management program.

Organizational Management: 24 Credits
Open Electives: 36 Credits

Total: 120 Credits
PSYN 250, PSYN 280, ECON 225, ECON 430, and HUMN 320 are prerequisites for the major and must be used to fulfill general education requirements.
